Obituary for Joshua Adam Cook

Joshua Adam Cook, 25, went to walk with his Lord on Sunday, July 24, 2011.Joshua was the son of Tami Duvall (Darrin) and the late Johnny Lavon Cook, beloved Grandson of Gloria and Harold Mitchell, the Great-grandson of Mary Jane Whitsett, the late Tom Whitsett, and the late Leon and Marie Mitchell, the grandson of Joyce Clem and the late Johnny Cook. He leaves behind brothers: Ryan Duvall Nickolas Duvall, and Timothy Duvall; sisters: Kedsi Witherow (Keith) and Analea Duvall. Joshua had the joy of being an uncle to Kedsi\'s children, Gage and Kaili Witherow. He leaves behind a host of family and friends. We love you Joshua.Joshua loved life and lived life to its fullest every day, spreading joy and happiness to everyone who had the pleasure of crossing paths with him. He was an avid Tennessee Football fan \"GO VOLS\" and loved to skydive until surgery for seizures prevented it. Even when he could no longer skydive, Joshua accompanied Daddy Harold to Cullman Airport and the Tullahoma Airport, just to be a part of the action. Joshua attended Light House Church in Fayetteville, TN and was a Graduate of Giles County High School.Funeral services will be held at Ardmore Chapel Funeral Home on Wednesday, July, 27, 2011, at 2:00 P.M. with Pastor John Osier officiating. Burial will follow in Gatlin Cemetery in Ardmore, AL.The family will receive friends on Tuesday, July 26, 2011, from 6:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M. at Ardmore Chapel Funeral Home.
